The Salon Solution Provides Easy-To-Use Software To Enhance Your Salon

Appointment Booking The system books an appointment from  your client list. If it is a new client, add the client from the New Client Entry Form. If the client has just finished an appointment and is booking the next appointment, you can use the quick forward buttons that will move to a future date, from one to six weeks. The appointments are displayed in different colours so you can see at a glance the required treatment.
Full Client History Each time your client completes an appointment, the information is stored on the system. This information can be accessed from the client list or the actual appointment. The information can be used simply to see what treatment the client had on their last appointment, or added to a query when targeting clients in a mail shot.
Client Text Reminders The day before their appointment, your client will receive a text message containing the time and date of the appointment. If the client does not have a mobile phone the reminder can be sent over a normal phone. The reminder can be sent at any time you specify.
Appointment Card Printing The system can be supplied with a card printer. When you have booked an appointment on the system, click ‘print card’ and the appointment time and date will be printed on the back of your own salon cards.
Powerful Mailing Tool The powerful marketing tool allows you to search your client records finding information i.e. date of last appointment or products used and purchased. This information enables you to target clients with mail shots.
Staff Revenue Tracking The payment report allows you to see at a glance sales of both treatments and products each team member has achieved over your selected timescale. The report can be run over a day, a month or even a year.
Staff Performance Analysis From the reporting module you can analyse staff performance using predefined criteria i.e. tracing the amount of repeat business a team member gets, or the amount of products sold.
Accounts Integration Salon solution includes an export module allowing you to export into most account packages.
Software Back-Up A USB memory stick is included and setup to back-up your data incase anything should happen to your machine, and one of our friendly staff will walk you through returning you data to its original state.
